THINGS TO DO

-

1. Egg hunts. North Palm Beach’s tradition of quirky egg hunts will continue. The underwater egg hunt for children 7 years old and older who can swim is 6 p.m. March 30 at the North Palm Beach Pool, 951 U.S. Highway 1.

The flashlight egg hunt for children ages 8 to 12 years old is dusk, or about 8:15 p.m., March 30 at Anchorage Park, 603 Anchorage Drive. The flashlight hunt isn’t open to children younger than 8, who have their own hunt Saturday morning.

The egg hunt for children 7 and younger is 9 a.m. March 31 at Anchorage Park. The hunt will be divided into two sections, one for children younger than 4 years old and one for children 5 to 7 years old. The Easter bunny will lead the frenzy and then sit for photos.

2. Yappy Hour Sip and Shop. Hop into spring with a “sip and shop” at Oceans Allure. Meet Big Dog Ranch Rescue’s loving, adoptable dogs who’d like to move into homes of their own, and snack on light bites while taking advantage of special sales and giveaways. Stay for “yappy hour” by Tito’s Handmade Vodka.

Twenty percent of all sales go to the dogs. The event is 12 to 3 p.m. March 31 at Oceans Allure in Legacy Place, 11300 Legacy Avenue, #110, in Palm Beach Gardens.
