Craft Haus in Downtown at the Gardens is celebratin­g Father’s Day a week early with pancakes, pottery and quality time with Dad from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday. The $10 admission fee includes pancakes and a toppings bar, coffee, juice and fruit. All pottery pieces painted that day will be ready for pickup for Father’s Day.

MORE THAN SHUTTERS: HURRICANE PREP

CREW Palm Beach/Treasure Coast will host “More than Shutters: Hurricane Preparatio­n & Lessons from Harvey” from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 4431 PGA Blvd. With the start of hurricane season, a panel of experts will give tips for properly securing and protecting property and give a preview on advancemen­ts in storm preparatio­n. The panel includes Nicole Clooney from Interstate Restoratio­n, Kevin Hunt from Nanak Landscapin­g, and Lisa Wade from Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal.
