Seafood Tour of the
South, 6:30 p.m., Friday. Come take a trip across the south from Florida to Louisiana in this demonstration dinner. We’ll taste some of the local cuisine and sample wines that pair with them. Menu: Alabama grilled shrimp skewers with pineapple and corn relish; Louisiana lump crab cakes with tasso tartar sauce; Key West jerk snapper with papaya and red pepper jam with pigeon peas and yellow rice; Mississippi molten lava cakes. $55.
