Located on East Palmetto Park Road, the developmen­t will offer 28 new residences with ocean, Intracoast­al Waterway and golf course views.

How much will Glass House Boca Raton residences cost?

They won’t be cheap. Pricing will range from $2.5 million to $6.9 million.

“Glass House Boca Raton will be the first modern glass building in Downtown Boca Raton, and its ideal location also provides the upscale lifestyle that discerning buyers are seeking,” said Adam Gottbetter of 280 E. Palmetto Park Road, LLC, the project’s developer. “From the moment residents enter the garage and take the private, or semiprivat­e, elevator to their spacious residence, they will experience a private sanctuary.”

A limited number of preferred membership opportunit­ies with The Boca Raton — the luxury spot previously known as Boca Raton Resort & Club — will be offered to Glass House residents. These are subject to availabili­ty and will not include golf access.

What else does Glass House Boca Raton have to offer?

Located at 280 East Palmetto Park Road, Glass House will be less than 1 mile from the beach. It will have golf cart and shuttle access to The Boca Raton.

“Glass House provides residents with the best of both worlds — accessibil­ity to top-tier dining and retail, and proximity to the best beaches and golf courses,” said Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage at Douglas Elliman Florida. “With sales launching in February 2024, we expect incredible interest in the intimate developmen­t.”

Valet and monitored entries will have a full-time doorman. Each residence will have two levels of undergroun­d airconditi­oned and dehumidifi­ed parking, with two parking spaces per residence. A limited number of two-car garages will be available. Also available will be a residents-only car wash, golf cart parking, a golf cart charging station and parking for residents’ bicycles.

The city’s Brightline station will be less than 1 mile away. And Glass House will feature Boca’s only rooftop with a pool, jacuzzi, catering kitchen and entertainm­ent space. On the first floor, there will be a fitness center with outdoor turf lanes, a sauna, plunge pool and bar.

What will Glass House Boca Raton residences be like, and how can one be purchased?

Glass House’s open-concept layouts will include two- to four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,550 square feet to 3,990 square feet. Buyers have the option to combine half- and full-floor residences.

Each residence will offer a generous living, dining and entertainm­ent area, as well as private or semiprivat­e elevator access. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a full-size laundry room and a deep, private terrace will be included in each residence, too. The private terraces will range from 8 to 12 feet deep, with builtin gas grills. Glass House residences are currently under constructi­on. Douglas Elliman Developmen­t Marketing, the exclusive sales and marketing team for Glass House, expects ground to break on the project in the first quarter of 2025 with completion in fall 2026.
