Univest do­nates $3,000 to Handi-Crafters

Univest In­sur­ance Inc., a sub­sidiary of Univest Cor­po­ra­tion, joined forces with the foun­da­tion of one of its key in­sur­ance part­ners, Selec­tive In­sur­ance Group Inc., to pro­vide $3,000 to Handi-Crafters, a lo­cal non­profit based in Thorn­dale. The funds will be used to ad­vance Handi-Crafter’s mis­sion of em­pow­er­ing in­di­vid­u­als with dis­abil­i­ties to lead more in­de­pen­dent, pro­duc­tive and ful­fill­ing lives.

Univest In­sur­ance do­nated $2,500 to the or­ga­ni­za­tion and ap­plied to the Selec­tive Group Foun­da­tion for a match­ing grant of $500. The Selec­tive Group Foun­da­tion is a phil­an­thropic af­fil­i­ate of Selec­tive In­sur­ance Group, Inc.
