PHOENIXVIL­LE >> Phoenixvil­le police responded to 125 calls for service, including 11 traffic accidents, over six days.

The following is a summary of notable incidents as reported by Phoenixvil­le Police on their Facebook page:

• On Dec. 10 at 11:48 p.m., Cpl. Place saw a woman staggering as she walked on the sidewalk in the 400 block of Bridge Street. The 27-year-old Phoenixvil­le woman was drunk and incapable of safe sauntering. She was arrested for public drunkennes­s and released to her mother at the police station.

• On Dec. 11 at 10:18 a.m., a resident in the 300 block of Hall Street reported that her 27-year-old son took her Chevy Impala without permission and she wanted him arrested. Officer Fusco called the son and he brought the car back. However, no charges were filed.

• On Dec. 11 at 11:30 a.m., a resident in the 100 block of Bridge Street reported that she received a message from Amazon that a coffee maker she ordered was delivered to her apartment. When she got home, the coffee maker was gone. The caller reviewed her security video footage and watched her neighbor John Westermann swipe the appliance and walk away with it. Westermann, age 39, was charged for committing the coffee caper.

• On Dec. 11 at 2:01 p.m., police responded to Phoenixvil­le Hospital for the report of a missing person. The caller reported that her elderly husband has dementia and he walked out of the hospital. Officers searched the area and found the man sitting in a waiting room of a doctor’s office across the street. He was reunited with his wife.

• On Dec. 11 at 2:20 p.m., a resident in the 300 block of Bridge Street reported that he was being followed by drones and his image was being publicized on TV. The man also reported that the drones were inserting objects into his body. The man appeared to be suffering from a mental health issue so he was referred to a facility for an evaluation.

• On Dec. 13 at 1:30 p.m., a resident in the 500 block of Virginia Avenue reported that she saw a man fall off a ladder at her neighbor’s house. The contractor fell from two stories up as he was cleaning gutters. The caller ran to the man’s aid but he refused an ambulance. Although he was bleeding from the mouth, he picked himself up, got into his work truck, and drove away.

• On Dec. 13 at 11:33 p.m., police responded to the intersecti­on of Bridge Street and Main Street for the report of a man standing on the corner trying to flag cars down. Officer Dobry spoke to the man and he explained that he was in town for a Christmas party and needed a ride home. The 29-year-old Philadelph­ia man said he was trying to wave a Lyft driver over. The officer explained that he would have to download the app in order to request a ride. He helped the man download the app and a Lyft car picked him up shortly thereafter.

• On Dec. 14 at 12:19 p.m., police responded to the food pantry at St. Peter’s Church for the report of a disturbanc­e in the lunchroom. Officers arrived and encountere­d a man yelling at a group of people outside the church. Mark Schollaert, age 35 and homeless, had a county bench warrant for his arrest. Schollaert was arrested but he refused to get into the back of a police car. Several officers picked him up and placed him in the backseat. Schollaert was kicking wildly and he damaged the door to the police car. When he was placed in a holding cell, Schollaert ripped the sprinkler head out of the ceiling and flooded the cell block. An expensive afternoon for him as he faces additional vandalism charges and will have to pay restitutio­n for the damages.

• On Dec. 14 at 7:45 p.m., Sgt. Gold spotted two parcel post packages lying on the front lawn of the former Phoenix Steel Admin Building at 101 Bridge Street. The packages were addressed to a resident who lives further down the block. The officer delivered the packages to her apartment building and called her to let her know the items were in the lobby.

• On Dec. 15 at 7:50 p.m., a resident in the 300 block of Brower Street reported that someone broke into his parked Honda Accord overnight and stole $380 worth of Christmas presents including an Eagles jersey and some toys.

• On Dec. 16 at 12:16 a.m., Cpl. Place found an occupied BMW parked at the Black Rock boat docks. The officer approached the car and spoke to two young ladies from Collegevil­le. The car reeked of marijuana because the pair had been smoking weed and just polished off two bottles of wine. A full bottle of wine, some marijuana, and a roach were recovered from the car. They were 17 and 18 years old so the elder was issued a summons for underage drinking and released to a friend. The younger teen was issued a summons for curfew and disorderly conduct and released to her parents.

• On Dec. 16 at 4:43 p.m., Officer Fusco arrested a wanted man inside a tattoo parlor on Main Street. The 20-year-old East Pikeland man had a warrant related to a hit-and-run crash that occurred on Nov. 18. He was arrested and brought before a judge.

• On Dec. 16 at 9:32 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of Bridge Street for the report of a man and a woman arguing. Officer Heller located the woman stumbling across the Mont Clare Bridge and she was clearly drunk. She dropped her ID on the sidewalk and then fell over when she reached down to pick it up. The 31-year-old Upper Providence woman was arrested for public drunkennes­s and she became belligeren­t- she tried to kick the officer with her high-heeled boots. She was placed in the drunk tank and released when she was sober.
