Uwchlan Ambulance to offer new EMS Adventure Day Camp

Uwchlan Ambulance Corps is excited to announce its new 2022 EMS Adventure Day Camp. The camps are intended for youth aged 12-16 and will provide an actionpack­ed week for campers to experience the outdoors with hands-on activities and the thrill of learning about emergency services including EMS, Fire and Law Enforcemen­t.

Campers will hike, canoe and swim outdoors while enjoying nature. Skill-building will include how to construct a survival shelter and wilderness First Aid. Highlights include Wilderness Rescue Day and becoming CPR certified.

The first session will take place from July 11 to July 15 and the second session will take place from July 25 to July 29. The cost is $292.50 per camper. For informatio­n, visit https://www.station87.com/adventure-camp/

For families with more than one camper attending, UAC offers a 10 percent discount for siblings that register for the same session. Discount will automatica­lly be added at checkout.
