Five Schwenksville Elementary School fifth-grade students were recently recognized for their winning writing submissions about Martin Luther King Jr. The essay contest was held by Ursinus College and tasked students to write about how Martin Luther King could be an inspiration to their generation. Two staff members of Ursinus College visited Schwenksville Elementary to announce the winners: Gianna DelConte, Tesla Brewington, Gavin Couch, Kyle Kurian, and Peace Maguisha.
