•terry Joseph Lighthall, 61, of South Bend, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, aug. 18, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with receiving stolen property, carrying a handgun without a license, possession of parapherna­lia, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent or more, operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance, operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent or more with a prior and false informing. •Laydon Nathaniel Butler-umanos, 34, of Fort Wayne, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. on Sunday, aug. 18, by the Bourbon Police Department and charged with burglary, breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, burglary armed with a deadly weapon, theft over $750, receiving stolen property, resisting law enforcemen­t, criminal mischief and criminal recklessne­ss.
