•Charles Edward Winger, 48, of Walkerton, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 20, by the Plymouth Police Department and charged with check deception over $750. Bond set at $1505.

•John Henry Thompson, 40, of Wakarusa, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with possession of marijuana, salvia, hashish or hash oil. No bond.

•Alyena Ann Trosper, 40, of Goshen, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with failure to appear. No bond.

•Michael Allen Adams Jr., 39, of Bremen, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, by the Bremen Police Department and charged with counterfeiting. No bond.

•Jason Houk, 40, of Bremen, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, by the Bremen Police Department and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and intimidation. Bond set at $1505.

•Lee Allen Motz Jr., 28, of Bourbon, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, by the Bourbon Police Department and charged with strangulation, domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury and domestic battery in the presence of a child under the age of 16. Bond set at $5005.

•Mackenzie Joseph Dykema, 28, of Niles, Mich., was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with failure to appear. No bond.

•Alexzander Quinn Alderman, 21, of Elkhart, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with three counts of failure to appear. Bond set at $1010.

•Joseph Randal Thompson, 34, of Warsaw, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with failure to appear. No bond.

•Todd Eric Earl, 41, of Nappanee, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with contempt of court and violation of home detention. No bond.

•Christopher David Elizondo, 34, of Argos, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21, by the Indiana State Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering another person and operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 percent or more. Bond set at $3005.

•John E. Large Jr., 51, of Culver, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering another person and operating a vehicle with a BAC of .108percent or more. Bond set at $1505.

•Jarod Dennis Wyly, 18, of Bremen, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, by the Bremen Police Department and charged with theft over $750. Bond set at $5005.

•Arizona Creed Nies, 18, of Bremen, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, by the Bremen Police Department and charged with theft over $750. Bond set at $5005.

•Skylar Vincent Dunlap, 24, of Bremen, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, by the Bremen Police Department and charged with unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond set at $4505.

•John Eddie Traylor, 37, of South Bend, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, by the Argos Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle after being adjudged an HTO. Bond set at $1505.

•Kristopher Michael Weber, 20, of Tippecanoe, was arrested at 5 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, by the Bourbon Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance, illegal consumption of alcohol and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle. Bond set at $1505.
