• Jessica Ann Tuttle, 21, of South Bend, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with unlawful possession or use of a legend drug, possession of marijuana (first offense), possession of parapherna­lia, operating a vehicle while intoxicate­d and endangerin­g a person, and operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent or more. No bond.

• Kathleen L Losee, 28, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, by the Bremen Police Department and charged with public indecency nudity in public place, public intoxicati­on, and resisting law enforcemen­t with a vehicle, weapon, injury, risking bodily injury. Bond set at $755.

• Blake Alan Spindler, 26, of Bremen, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, by the Bremen Police Department and charged with domestic battery while in the physical presence of a child. Bond set at $1,505.

• Daniel James Clark, 31, of Columbia City, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with probation violation.

• Christophe­r Lee Langley, 39, of Plymouth, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with failure to register as a sex offender with a prior conviction, and violation of home detention. No bond..
