• Nicholas Daniel Creighbaum, 42, Plymouth, was arrested at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17 by the Bremen Police Department and charged with failure-to-appear felony. No bond.

• Stephanie Louise Dickey, 50, Warsaw, was arrested at 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I, II, III, IV, V controlled substance, or possession of paraphernalia. $3,005.

• Tiana Wiles-hlawacz, 21, South Bend, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with probation violation. No bond.

• Thomas Edward Davidson, 28, Plymouth, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with possession of paraphernalia. No bond.

• Matthew Eugene Keller Lowry, 33, Plymouth, was arrested at 11:06 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. No bond.

• Javan Wayne Stephens, 36, Fenton, MI, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with three counts of child molestation, one count of child exploitation, and one count of child solicitation. Bond set at $50,005.

• Christian Lane Overmyer, 20, Bourbon, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18 by the Argos Police Department and charged with driving while suspended-prior suspension, operating without ever obtaining license. Bond set at $505.
