Christina Marie Mccasland

October 23, 1984 – March 25, 2021

Christina Marie Mccasland, 36, of South Bend, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, March 25, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.

She was born Oct. 23, 1984, in Harvey, Ill., to Richard George Mccasland, Jr. and Dianna Lynn (Cross) Mccasland.

Christina was a homemaker with an artistic knack for drawing. She was a selfwilled, caring, funny and intelligent daughter, mother, sister, granddaughter and friend. Christina will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Surviving are her parents, Dianna Boo and David Boo II of San Pierre; two children, Mason Sullivan, age 17 and Faith Sullivan, age 16 both of Mcgee, Mississippi; five siblings, Steven Boo and Ben Boo both of Valparaiso, Tiffany (Mark) Scott of Hobart, Samantha (Kyle) Stiles of Plymouth and Ravin (Leviathan) Bobo of San Pierre; grandparents, Leo and Juanita Wantuch of La Porte and Cathy and David Boo of Lockport, Ill.; significant other, Thomas Pasman of South Bend; 13 nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceding in death were her father, Richard George Mccasland, Jr.; grandmother, Phyllis Neely; and grandparents, Phyllis and Robert Cross.

A funeral celebrating her life will be held at 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 31, at Lakeview Funeral Home & Crematory, 247 W. Johnson Rd., La Porte, 219362-3100. Visitation and viewing will be from 4 p.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Calumet City, Ill. at a later date.
