Mcdonald’s to launch rewards program
Loyalty program will arrive nationwide July 8
For over 65 years, Mcdonald’s fans’ longtime loyalty has been unmatched... and we think it’s time they were rewarded. So, to our loyal fans, we now give you Mymcdonald’s Rewards* - our first nationwide loyalty program allowing you to unlock freebies simply by enjoying your favorite menu items. Mymcdonald’s Rewards will be available via the Mcdonald’s app at participating restaurants nationwide on July 8 (with some cities already offering it), and fans will pocket 100 points for every one dollar spent on qualifying purchases.
Wondering how it works? Simply enjoy your Mcdonald’s faves to rack up points on each order and use them toward free items like your go-to breakfast sandwich or Mccafé Frappe, or lunch classics like our juicy burgers and World Famous Fries, during a future visit. More points unlock different delicious rewards, so there are even more free Mcdonald’s options to choose from with each tier you reach. w
And if you need more convincing... you’ll automatically get 1,500 points** after your first order using Mymcdonald’s Rewards, which means your choice of Hash Browns, Vanilla Cone, Mcchicken® or a Cheeseburger can be redeemed on your next order.
Mymcdonald’s Rewards is just the latest way we are making it easier to enjoy your favorite Mcdonald’s food as part of our new digital experience growth engine, “Mymcdonald’s,” which aims to provide a fast, seamless Mcdonald’s experience.
