• Josef Jonathan Gonzales, 20, Indianapolis, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 24 by the Plymouth Police Department and charged with possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia, false informing/reporting, operating without ever obtaining a license.

• Bradley Owen Babcock, 30, Argos, was arrested at 11:34 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 24 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with child molesting. No bond.
• Corey Michael Forrest, 27, South Bend, was arrested at Tuesday, Aug. 24 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with failure to appearfines and cost. Bond set at $215.
• Matthew Lee Girardot, 19, Plymouth, was arrested at Tuesday, Aug. 24 by the Plymouth Police Department and charged with confinement. No bond.
• Tiffany Lynn Woodard, 31, Plymouth, was arrested at Tuesday, Aug. 24 by the Marshall County Community Corrections and charged with violation of home detention. No bond.
• Labrand Jay Holt-spencer, 41, South Bend, was arrested at Tuesday, Aug. 24 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with armed robbery while armed with deadly weapon, theft of between $750 and $50,000 or firearm or prior theft/criminal conviction. Bond set at $100,005.
• Gavin Marshall Davis, 21, Knox, was arrested at Tuesday, Aug. 24 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated-prior, operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangering a person. Bond set at $1,505.
• Jose Alfredo Cruz, 50, Bremen, was arrested at Tuesday, Aug. 24 by the Bremen Police Department and charged with failure to appear-fines and cost, operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond set at $320.
• Maris M Atkinson, 54, Elkhart, was arrested at Tuesday, Aug. 24 by the Marshall County Police Department and charged with failure to appear-felony. No bond.
