Plymouth man arrested for OWI
On Thursday, May 5 at approximately 6 a.m., Marshall County Police and Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area of Olive Trail and Dixon Lake Trail for a single vehicle accident. Upon arrival, Marshall County officers located a blue 2002 Honda Civic that had driven off the roadway into a guard rail and utility pole. The driver of the vehicle, Michael J. Fischer of Plymouth, was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Field sobriety testing and a certified blood draw were completed, which showed Fischer to be over four times the legal limit of alcohol. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15 or more and was given a cash bond of $1,500. See ARRESTED A3
