Lola Edith Bottorff-tucker

Lola Edith (Cooper) Bottorfftu­cker, 98 of Plymouth, Indiana passed away on Sept. 12, 2021 at 1:50 p.m. at her residence in Plymouth, Indiana where she had been in declining health the past couple of years. On Sept. 11, 1923 in Rural Marshall County, Indiana she was born to William Oscar Cooper and Daisy Dean (Turner) Cooper. Edith lived most of her life in Marshall County, Indiana. She spent 10 years in Lake Placid, Florida.

On Oct. 11, 1942 she married James A. Bottorff, who passed away in 1984. She then married Fred R. Tucker on June 14, 1985, he preceded her in 1999.

Edith was a house wife/homemaker, the love of her life was her family & friends and she enjoyed cooking and baking for them.

She was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Plymouth, Indiana. Edith was a graduate of Plymouth High School with the class of 1942, Plymouth, Indiana.

Edith is survived by her Sons – Jerry Bottorff and wife Karen of Fernanina Beach, Florida; Dennis Bottorff of Culver, Indiana; and Jim Bottorff of Shelton, Washington. 5 Grandchild­ren and 5 Great-grandchild­ren

She is preceded in death her: Parents, Husbands, 3 Brothers, 7 Sisters

Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday May 17, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Indiana.
