Bremen wins tourney

BREMEN - the Bremen HS softball team belted 13 hits and scored in all five innings en route to a 12-2 win over sectional foe Westview to claim the championship of the Bremen tourney.

Mickie Shively had two doubles, Jaylin Swint and Lainey Neher homered, while Ellia Foster, Chrissy Grabowski, Katie Moyer, and Gretchen Willis each had a pair of hits. Swint and Neher had 3 RBIS each.

the Lady Lions play five straight days this next week - vs. SB Adams Monday, tuesday at SB Clay, Wednesday vs. Knox (Senior Night), thursday at East Noble, Friday vs. Wawasee.
