Christy to tee it up at Ohio Northern

PLYMOUTH - Plymouth HS senior Bennett Christy will continue his academic and athletic career at Ohio Northern University.

Ohio Northern University is a four-year university located in Ada, Ohio. Christy chose ONU because of the great atmosphere and sports teams and says he can see himself having a great college golf career there. Christy would like to study finance to become a financial advisor.

He has a 4.052 GPA and is ranked 9th in his class. While at Plymouth Christy was also a member of the PHS varsity tennis team. He is the son of Jason and Nicole Christy.

Ohio Northern is an NCAA Division III school that competes in the Ohio Athletic Conference. Other schools include: Baldwin Wallace, Capital, Heidelberg, John Carroll, Marietta, Mount Union, Otterbein, and Wilmington.
