ONE SERVICE at 11:15 this Sunday at First United Methodist Church BLUE GRASS GOSPEL!

PLYMOUTH — The public is encouraged to join us in church this Sunday as the Blue Grass Gospel singing group “Lighthouse” will be performing this Sunday May 22 at the 11:15 a.m. service.

Lighthouse is based in Mishawaka, Indiana and consists of Jim Kaylor, Paul Morse, Mike Wiedenkofer and sometimes other guests. Raised on Southern Gospel music, a couple of members of Lighthouse organized a musical group to preserve the music we grew up on, the Blackwood Bros., Statesmen Quartet, and Speer Family just to name a few.

They sing the Gospel classics & hymns that inspired us spiritually as children & strive to convey that same time honored message about Jesus & living a daily Christian life. Whether its an up-tempo hand clapper, or a slow thought provoking song about getting a glimpse of heaven, Lighthouse is sure to take you back to a time of the all night sings or an old fashioned all day singing & dinner on the ground.

COMMUNITY MEAL On Wednesday, May 25 from 5-7 p.m. Community Meal will again be dine in or carry out. This month's menu is Lasagna, Salad, Garlic Bread and Cake. Thank you for your continued support of this community ministry
