Pitching, dingers lead to BHS win

BREMEN — Naomi Flores struck out seven and pitched a four-hitter as Bremen ended the regular season with a 11-0 win over Wawasee at Pfeiffer Field.

Jaylin Swint and Gretchen Willis each had solo home runs for the Lady Lions and Ellia Foster ended the game on a three-run walk-off HR in the bottom of the sixth inning. Swint, Mickie Shively and Chrissy Grabowski each had two RBIS.

Bremen’s next game is at the Westview Sectional next Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
