Marshall County Sheriff Officer makes DUI arrest
On Saturday, Nov. 12, at approximately 1:50 a.m., Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a gray 2021 Honda in the area of US 30 and Queen Rd. During the investigation, the driver was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were completed and a certified blood draw showed the driver, Neil M. Mackay of Centerville, OH, to be over the legal limit of alcohol. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and processed for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated— endangerment.
