10 a.m. Traditional Worship Service Scripture Reading 1 Cor. 1:18-31; Matthew 5:1-12 Sermon “The Way Forward”

This week we will be looking at the Beatitudes.

The Beatitudes were a series of blessings declared by Jesus during His “Sermon on the Mount” found in the Gospels of Matthew. In contrast to the 10 Commandments given to Moses, Jesus gives the encouraging promises of the Beatitudes, listing the values in life which will lead to prosperity and salvation.

Each of the beatitudes explains the blessings of following the teachings of Christ. Discover the significance and meaning of the Beatitudes from Jesus this coming Sunday.

If you are unable to attend in person you can listen to Pastor Krieg message on WTCA 106.1 FM at 10 a.m. Sunday.

We are, “A faithful family of God, committed to proclaiming the peace, faith, and love of Jesus Christ to all!”

No Matter Who You Are Or Where You Are On Life’s Journey, You Are Welcome Here!

We believe in the triune God: Creator, resurrected Christ, the sole Head of the church, and the Holy Spirit, who guides and brings about the creative and redemptive work of God in the world.

We believe that each person is unique and valuable. It is the will of God that every person belongs to a family of faith where they have a strong sense of being valued and loved.

We believe that each person is on a spiritual journey and that each of us is at a different stage of that journey.

We believe that the persistent search for God produces an authentic relationship with God, engendering love, strengthening faith, dissolving guilt, and giving life purpose and direction.

We believe that all of the baptized ‘belong body and soul to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.’ No matter who – no matter what – no matter where we are on life’s journey –
