David W. Roush, age 76, of

Plymouth, IN, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at

Ernestine M. Raclin House of Mishawaka, IN.

David was born on Jan.

23, 1947 to Leo and Mary E.

(Myers) Roush in Plymouth, IN.

He graduated from Plymouth

High School and served in the

United States Army during the

Vietnam War from Oct. 3, 1967 until Oct. 2, 1969. He had a lifetime membership to the VFW, and he also belonged to the American Legion, and the Moose Lodge. He did maintenanc­e for Ancilla College, other schools, and various banks. He enjoyed golf, fishing, woodworkin­g, and trips to fish in Canada, U.P. Michigan, and Mississipp­i.

David will be missed by his life partner and best friend, Debbie Hesler of Plymouth, IN; his son: William David (Virginia) Roush of Rochester, IN; his additional family: Jamie (Monica) Lloyd of Elkhart, IN; Mark (Brittney) Lloyd of Clermont, FL; Mike Lloyd and Angie of Plymouth, IN; his sister, Dorothy Ellen (Bob) Mijares of Wisconsin; his brothers: Steve Roush of Culver, IN; Mike (Theresa) Roush of Mishawaka, IN; and his brother-in-law, Van Price of Plymouth, IN; his 9 grandchild­ren: Devin; Mary (Shane); Emily; Creed; Leo; Quinn; Kylian; Karma; Morgan; his 5 great-grandchild­ren: Lucy; Eli; Mia; Elliot; and Isaac; and his best friend, Geneva Bickerstaf­f.

David is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Mary Roush, and his sister, Diana Price.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the New Oak Hill Cemetery Chapel (1300 Chester St., Plymouth, IN 46563).

Funeral Service to follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Kristin Harp presiding.

The burial will take place in New Oak Hill Cemetery (Plymouth, IN).

Memorial donations may be made to the Center for Hospice (501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545).
