• Joseph B. Cummins, 42, Plymouth, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 5 by the Plymouth Police Department and charged with resisting law enforcement, theft-all other larceny, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia. Bond set at $1,505.

• Austin Nathanial Clark, 18, South Bend, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 6 by the Plymouth Police Department and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage, operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment, operating with BAC .15% or greater. Bond set at $1,505.
