Withey arrested on multiple charges
On Sunday May 5th, 2024 at 7:23 p.m. Marshall County Deputies were dispatched to the 10,000 block of Tyler Road in Bremen, Indiana 46506 for an unwanted guest. The caller advised dispatch that the female later identified as 31 year old Tresh I. Withey of Plymouth smelled heavily of alcohol and was causing issues at the residence. Marshall County Deputies arrived on scene and found Tresh not only operated a vehicle while intoxicated attempting to pick up her children from the residence, but that she had also battered one of the household members. Tresh was taken to the hospital and once cleared, was taken to the Marshall County Jail. Tresh was booked and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with an Alcohol Concentration Equivalent (ACE) of .15% or greater, a class A Misdemeanor and Domestic Battery a class A Misdemeanor with a cash bond of $1505.
