Seth Ed­ward Krenicky, age 5, of Ivor, passed away on Mon­day, Novem­ber 19, 2018. He was pre­ceded in death by his pa­ter­nal grand­par­ents, Ed­die and Deb­o­rah Krenicky.

Seth was a stu­dent at Not­toway Ele­men­tary school and a mem­ber of Ivor Bap­tist Church.

He is sur­vived by his mother, Sun­nie Touchard Krenicky; fa­ther, Daniel Ed­ward Krenicky; a sis­ter, Macken­zie Krenicky; a brother, Ai­den Effner; ma­ter­nal grand­par­ents, James & Doris Touchard and Mon­ica Tay­lor; great-grand­par­ents, Frank & Ethel Krenicky and Tony & Becky Venuto; great-aunt, Sharon Cook (care­taker); aunts and un­cles, Shana Martin, Justin Touchard (Jill), Wendy Futrell (Keith), Deb­bie Grein (Matt), Kristie Up­ton and Jes­sica Clark; and nu­mer­ous cousins.

A Fu­neral Ser­vice will be held at 5:00 p.m. Tues­day, Novem­ber 27, 2018 at the Colo­nial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Fu­neral Homes & Cre­ma­tory, 2033 Boule­vard, Colo­nial Heights, Vir­ginia 23834. In­ter­ment will be pri­vate.

The fam­ily will re­ceive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mon­day, Novem­ber 26, 2018 at the fu­neral home.

JUS­TINE K. PUTNEY

Jus­tine Ko­tasek Putney, 83, of South Chester­field, passed away on Thurs­day, Novem­ber 22, 2018. Born on Jan­uary 23, 1935 in Hopewell, she was the daugh­ter of the late Charles Frank and Jus­tine Frodl Ko­tasek, and was pre­ceded in death by a sis­ter, Vir­ginia Ko­tasek Oh­len­dorf. Mrs. Putney was a mem­ber of St. Ann Catholic Church, the Pres­i­dent of the En­gel­bert’s Vagabonds Fan Club, and a re­tired Cor­po­rate Sec­re­tary with White­head Leach Con­struc­tion Com­pany in Rich­mond.

She is sur­vived by her daugh­ter, Karen P. Law­son; grand­chil­dren, Crys­tal J. Barn­hill, Vir­ginia E. Liv­ingston, and Chelsea M. Law­son; great-grand­chil­dren, Re­becca E. Phillips, Michael L. Cas­tle, and Vir­ginia J. “Tee­nie” Cas­tle; a sis­ter, Lil­lian K. Si­monelli and her hus­band, Ch­ester P. Si­monelli; nu­mer­ous nieces, neph­ews and cousins.

A Fu­neral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wed­nes­day, Novem­ber 28, 2018 in St. Ann Catholic Church, 17111 Jef­fer­son Davis High­way, S. Chester­field, Vir­ginia 23834 with Fa­ther Danny Cogut, and Dea­con Ed­ward Han­z­lik Cel­e­brants. In­ter­ment will fol­low in Dale Me­mo­rial Park, Chester­field.

DORIS B. WHITE­HEAD

Doris B. White­head, 85, of Colo­nial Heights, passed away peace­fully at her home on Thurs­day, Novem­ber 22, 2018.

Born on De­cem­ber 12, 1932 in Peters­burg, she was the daugh­ter of the late De­witt and An­nie Bur­nett. She was pre­ceded in death by her hus­band, Charles W. White­head; a son, Charles “Buddy” White­head; a sis­ter, Vir­ginia Bur­nett Royal; and a brother, Henry Tal­madge Bur­nett.

Mrs. White­head was a long-stand­ing mem­ber of Third Pres­by­te­rian Church in Peters­burg, and a re­tired Sales As­so­ci­ate with JC Pen­ney.

She is sur­vived by a son, Dwayne L. White­head (Joanna); a daugh­ter, Carol W. Hig­gins (Tony); seven grand­chil­dren; six great-grand­chil­dren; sis­ter and brother-in­law, Ar­line Bur­nett Wicks and Irv­ing Wicks; nu­mer­ous lov­ing nieces, neph­ews & spe­cial close friends.

A Fu­neral Ser­vice will be held at 11:00 a.m.

JOSEPH L. WIL­SON

Joseph Lax­ton Wil­son, age 78, of Valen­tines, VA passed away Novem­ber 15, 2018. He is the son of the late Bobby and Florence Wil­son.

He is sur­vived by his lov­ing wife, Barbara Ann Wil­son; his daugh­ter, Angie Barker and hus­band Robert; his son, Gre­gory Wil­son and wife Kathy; his grand­chil­dren, Saman­tha Evans and hus­band Corey, Anna Wil­son and Ben­jamin Wil­son; his great grand­daugh­ter, Brianna Barker; his brother, Dale Wil­son and wife Jen­nifer; his nephew, Stephen Wil­son; and his care­givers,

Pam Du­ni­van and Rashida Keene.

A me­mo­rial ser­vice will be con­ducted 2:00 p.m. Satur­day, De­cem­ber 8, 2018 at Pleas­ant Hill Chris­tian Church.

The fam­ily will re­ceive friends Satur­day from 12:30 to 2:00, prior to the ser­vice.
