PSP-DuBois
• Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Washington Avenue, Falls Creek Borough, Jefferson County at 10:59 p.m. Oct.
23. Troopers say that a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Ann R. Paulson, 36, of DuBois, was traveling south in a construction zone when the driver struck a guide rail. The vehicle came to a final rest on the bridge in the construction zone, blocking the only open lane. Paulson was not injured in the accident.
• Police found a driver to allegedly be DUI during a traffic stop on Luthersburg Rockton Road, Union Township, Clearfield
County, at 11:24 p.m. Oct.
13. Troopers say that they conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle driven by a 47-yearold man from Rockton for a Title 75 violation. Upon further investigation, the man was arrested for DUI.
PSP-Punxsy
• Police found a driver to allegedly be DUI during a traffic stop on North Main Street, Young Township, Jefferson County, at 9:14 p.m. Oct 25. Troopers say that they conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle driven by a 42-yearold man from Punxsutawney for a summary traffic violation. During the stop, probable cause was developed to believe that the driver was allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance.
The driver was placed in the Jefferson County Jail on warrants from Clarion County. Charges are pending.
• Police responded to a forgery on Harmony Road, Young Township, Jefferson County, at 12:39 p.m. Oct.
8. Troopers say that they are investigating an incident of fraudulent unemployment claim and the incident remains under investigation.
