• Police responded to a onevehicle crash at 8:44 p.m. Oct. 4 on Bennetts Valley Highway in Huston Township, Clearfield County. A 2012 Chevrolet Equinox crossed into the opposite lane for unknown reasons and struck a guiderail. The driver allegedly fled the scene prior to police arrival. He was cited for driving at an unsafe speed. No injuries were reported.

• Police responded to a onevehicle crash at 3:12 p.m. Oct. 3 on Coal Hill Road in Brady Township, Clearfield County. A 2005 Toyota Sequoia was negotiatin­g a right curve when it went out of control for unknown reasons and struck a tree. The driver sustained suspected minor injuries and was transporte­d to Penn Highlands DuBois for treatment. She was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.

• Police responded to a onevehicle crash at 6:21 p.m. Oct. 3 on Interstate 80 in Union Township, Jefferson County. A 2008 Toyota Camry went out of control for unknown reasons and struck a guiderail, continuing against it approximat­ely 125 feet before coming to rest. No injuries were reported. The driver was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.

• Police responded to a onevehicle crash at 5:45 p.m. Oct. 2 on Shaffer Street in Sykesville. The driver was unable to put a 1991 Ford Tempo into park, causing a sudden forward movement. The vehicle ran over a stop sign and hit the side of a nearby residence, causing damage. The driver was transporte­d to Penn Highlands DuBois for treatment of suspected minor injuries.

• Police responded to a onevehicle crash at 11:56 a.m. Oct. 2 on Coal Hill Road in Brady Township, Clearfield County. A 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt went out of control and struck a utility pole. No injuries were reported. The driver was cited.

• Police are investigat­ing a report of a PFA violation at 5:50 a.m. Oct. 1 on East Main Street in Reynoldsvi­lle.
