Welcome to The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, A Peninsula Signature Event.

Now in its seventeenth year, The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering has become a world-renowned motorsports event and a prominent component of Monterey Car Week. We are delighted to feature some of the world's rarest and most exquisite collections of vintage automobiles and motorcycles; as well as, delicious culinary delights and luxury lifestyle elements in an intimate gathering of old and new friends. I am delighted to welcome everyone to this wonderful event and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!

This year we are highlighting 100 Years of Bentley Motors, the 25th Anniversary of the McLaren F1, and we will have A Tribute to the Electric Car Movement. We will also present the traditional classes of Pre-War Sports and Racing, PostWar Sports, The Great Ferraris, Custom Coachwork and many others.

Our Fireside Chat series returns with fascinating and distinguished guest speakers including a special “surprise guest” this year! To keep you well sustained, our culinary team has prepared a delicious feast with five gourmet pavilions named after famous roads around the world, including Pacific Coast Highway, Road to Hana, Atlantic Road, Ruta 40, Guoliang and a sixth pavilion highlighting Spartanburg, South Carolina presented by BMW.

Thanks to your presence and support, we continue to support a range of charities, namely The California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation, Rancho Cielo Youth Campus, Naval Postgraduate School Foundation, Seaside High School JROTC, Marina High School California Cadet Corps and the North Monterey County High School Marching Band.
