Bussey, 37, of Waterford, was arrested at 2:06p.m. Feb. 9 and charged with seconddegree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny and thirddegree criminal mischief. Criminal contempt: Joseph D. Vanwert, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 2:09p.m. Feb. 9and charged with firstdegree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Criminal contempt: Roger D. Varin III, 25, of Cohoes, was arrested at 6:05p.m. Feb. 9and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Harassment: Chinema E. Besong, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 7:51p.m. Feb. 9and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. Possession of stolen property: Dominick M. Gilbert, 16, of Troy, was arrested at 8:21p.m. Feb. 9and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Leaving the scene: Jasmine Freeman, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 10:18 a.m. Feb. 10and charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic violations.
