The paper now has apparently eleven syndicated columnists, and eleven out of eleven do not like Donald Trump. I wish the paper would carry a column now and then by Pat Buchanan. I don’t know how you have to pay for it, but I really consider you the best-balanced newspaper in the area, yet every one of these syndicated columns is anti-Trump. We need somebody with a positive word for Mr. Trump.

Just reading where Obama’s housing secretary, Julian Castro, wants to take Section 8 out of the city and into the suburbs. This is Hillary’s rumored running mate. Imagine that. Not content to destroy the cities, they’d like to bring their fun into the suburbs, into your communities – to Clifton Park, Brunswick, Niskayuna, or maybe even Chappaqua. Oh, I forgot: Hillary’s town is fighting that like crazy. They only want to change your community, not theirs. Enjoy the gunshots in your cul-de-sacs.

I hope people don’t vote for Hillary Clinton just because she’s a woman. I’d like to see a woman in there, too, and I think a woman would do a good job. But I do really think we need Donald Trump to be our President. I think, even though he says what he thinks, at least people know where he stands. Getting back to Hillary, we’d be in the same boat as with Barack Obama and there will be no change. I get Social Security and I can assure you it’s not easy not getting a raise.

To the person who wrote in about lawmakers weighing in on injection sites: opioids are addictive. If you’ve ever had surgery and you’ve had pain pills,

all drugs are chemicals. They affect your brain. Yes, they’re illegal . ... It’s easily addictive and it’s hard to get off. Alcohol is addictive but it’s legal. What do you have to say about that? Isn’t it better to fix people, get them back into our communities and families and jobs? Don’t turn them away; treat them. It’s a disorder; fix it, treat it.

The prom king is equivocating. The orange-haired whiner has something to hide in his tax returns. Maybe it’s the shell game he’s been playing, flailing from one business disaster to the next, lending the brand to anything and everything for a franchise fee. Here’s a new one to consider for the future: a new line of outhouses called the Trumpster Dumpster. It’s perfect and as old as “Pilgrim’s Progress” for Mr. Muckraker.

What a surprise: Tedisco running for Farley’s vacated Senate seat. Just what we need: a guy who’s been in office for well over twenty years and basically shows up for photo ops and had no knowledge of corruption in the Assembly or the Senate. We need new blood, not just another politician in the Senate.

I’m calling about this opioid overdose. All the ones who get hooked on that are weak-minded. If they had strong morals and strong constitution they would never get hooked on pain pills. I’m talking from experience because I’ve had 18 operations and I’ve never ever gotten hooked on these pain pills. But I’m not weak minded; I’m a very strong person. Weak-minded people are the ones who get hooked on this stuff.

Why is Hillary Clinton making such a big deal about Trump’s tax returns? They’re nobody’s business but his. She’s going to find out why he won’t release them. They’re none of her business and I don’t see understand why they’re making such a big deal about it. I wouldn’t want anybody to see my tax returns. This is just another way to take attention off her and the FBI investigation, the emails and Benghazi.

As you people know, Donald Trump is now the guy, and as you read this paper day in and day out you’ve got Liberal Monday, Liberal Tuesday, Liberal Wednesday. All you do is put this in. I don’t want to hear about your Jonah Goldbergs or hear you say you put conservatives in there. You don’t. Conservatives write articles about good things about the country. All these columns are attack, attack, attack Trump. It’s sickening to buy this paper and read this garbage. Editor’s note: Right-leaning Kathleen Parker runs on Monday and right-leaning Jonah Goldberg (spelled without an “s”) runs on Tuesday. Very few columnists, regardless of political ideology, have come forward in unconditional support of Mr. Trump.

I don’t think anybody has ever asked Trump if he’s going to give up control of his businesses if he gets to be President. Is he going to resign and let somebody else hold the reins? To me it’d be a conflict of interest to be President of the United States with all the power of the EPA and other stuff and still running his companies. I haven’t seen that asked yet, have you?
