TROY - Mary ‘Mimi’ Mikhitaria­n, 96, of Centerview Drive died Sunday, May 15, 2016, at her resi-dence, of natural causes.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Ste-phen and Elmas Arabian and devoted wife for 64 years of the late Jack Mikh-itarian. She had resided in the Troy area most of her life spending only six years away from Troy living in Cleveland, OH and was a graduate of Troy Schools.

She was cheerful and greeted everyone with a warm smile. She was an avid golfer, playing 3 times a week with her husband, Jack, and even had a hole in one. She loved her only pet cat, Buttons. She was a sports fan and never missed a Cleveland Indi-ans or New York Knicks game. She was a long time member of the United Ar-menian Calvary Congrega-tional Church, where they were. married.

Survivors include a ew and caregiver, Thomas Nigolian (fiance Carol), Estero, FL and several in-law Eliza Wronowski, Dorothy Donelian, Mary Bernstein and Dot Mikhi-tarian. Also included are many additional nieces and nephews, Lynn and Robert, Bud and Craig, Debbie, LeeAnne, Leslie, Diane, Tom, Charlie, Bev-erly and Shirley. She was predecease­d by a sister, Margaret Nigolian and a brother-in-law, Charles Nigolian.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 10-11AM with a service to follow at 11AM.

A private graveside will be held in Elmwood Hill Cemetery Troy.
