Unlicensed driving: Eric Buddenhagen, 44, of Glenville, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. May 16 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Contempt: Bryan A. Ramirez, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. May 16 and charged with first- degree criminal contempt and second- degree harassment. Warrant: Jaquan C. Pruett, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 3:28 p.m. May 16 on an outstanding warrant.

Aggravated harassment: Anthony M. Wescott, 24, of Stephentown, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. May 16 and charged with second- degree aggravated harassment.
