ALBANY, A WALKING TOUR: A guided walking tour highlighti­ng downtown Albany’s historic places and magnificen­t architectu­re. BENNINGTON CENTER FOR THE ARTS: Awardwinni­ng filmmaker Jay Craven presents a special tribute to Vermont writer Howard Frank Mosher, who passed away unexpected­ly in late January. Craven made five “Vermont Westerns” during his 28-year collaborat­ion with Mosher. His 20-minute talk, “My Life, So Far, With Howard,” will be followed by a 25th anniversar­y screening of his film, “Where the Rivers Flow North.” Tickets are $12adults and $5 students under 18.
