Carl D. Spirawk

TRO OY - Carl D. Spirawk,r 83, passed away pe peace - fully at his home on Frithe day August 25, 2017. Born in Elmira, he is the son of late Gladys and Joseph Spirawk.

Carl was a Kirby Vacuum Cleaner salesman for more than 40 years and owned and operated All Brand Appliances in Troy until his recent retirement. He will fondly be remembered for his great sense of hu - mor, his marathon trips to the Racino and his love of cooking especially his tra - ditional Easter ham and Thanksgiving turkey. He loved stopping by Ken - nedy’s for a beer and some laughs.

Carl is survived by his children Thomas ( Joan Cain) Spirawk, Robert Spi - rawk, Patrick ( Sharron Rollins) Spirawk, and Michelle ( Dan Wolfe) Marks; his grandchildren, Jodi Spi - rawk,rawk Octavia Chalk, Olivia Beligotti, Patrick Spirawk, Jr., Jamie Moses, John and Charlie Wolfe; his brother, William ( Mary) Spirawk; and his sister, Jean ( the late Jack) Shields. He is also survived by numerous great- grandchildren and nieces, nephews and dear friends and an extended family who loved him. Carl was predeceased by his son Joseph Spirawk and his sis - ter Fane.
