GREENFIELD FARMERS MARKET: The Town of Greenfield Historical Society and the Town of Greenfield present the 11th anniversary season of the Greenfield Farmers Market, running every Friday from 4 p. m. - 7p. m. in Middle Grove Park on Middle Grove Road through the second week in September. The market will feature fresh vegetables and produce, honey, maple syrup, fresh eggs, specialty olive oils and spices, fresh fruits, baked goods, home- made pickles, local crafts and much more. Discover park history on a short walk to learn about historic uses for mineral waters, the 1930s spa complex for research and medical treatment, and other park history highlights. FINAL STRETCHMUSIC FESTIVAL: The end of the 2017meet at Saratoga Race Course is coming up, and to celebrate the season, there will be a Final Stretch Music Festival on September 2in downtown Saratoga. HAUDENOSAUNEE FILM FESTIVAL: The Kanatsiohareke Mohawk Community showcases award- winning and up- and- coming Haudenosaunee Filmmakers at 4934 State Highway 5in Fonda on Saturday, September 2, starting at 6p. m. Weather permitting, the film screening will be outdoors and attendees should bring blankets or lawn chairs. Rain will move the festival indoors, with seating provided. R. A. C. E ( Racehorse Aftercare Charitable Endeavors) and will Run for theHorses on Saturday, September
2, in Saratoga Spa State Park to raise much needed funds to help care for retired racehorses. The certified 5k course, which begins at the Orenda Pavilion at Saratoga State Park, will wind its way throughout the beautiful park. 7a. m. Check- in. 8a. m. Kids Fun Run. 8: 30a. m. 5K Race Start.
