Choking: Stephen C. Stratton, 48, of Albany, was arrested at 12: 54a. m. Sept. 27and charged with two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing and firstdegree criminal contempt. Unlicensed driving: Davon R. Cruz, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 1: 38a. m. Sept. 27and charged with second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and four vehicle and traffic infractions.

Unlicensed driving: Albert J. Charland, 34, of North Greenbush, was arrested at 10a. m. Sept. 27and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Assault: Shaquana M. Smith, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 10: 33a. m. Sept. 27and charged with second- degree assault and fourth- degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Drug possession: Messiah M. Bryan, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 6: 12p. m. Sept. 27and charged with fourthand fifth- degree criminal possession of marijuana. Assault: Jerry C. Rhodes, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 6: 22p. m. Sept. 27and charged with fourth- degree criminal mischief, seconddegree harassment, thirddegree assault, second- degree unlawful imprisonment, resisting arrest and also on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed driving: Tina M. Disorda, 39, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 6: 52 p. m. Sept. 27and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a vehicle and traffic infraction and also on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession: Bruce A. Fyvie, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 7: 07p. m. Sept. 27and charged with fifthdegree criminal possession of marijuana.

Menacing: Omajaisa K. Felder, 46, of Troy, was arrested at 10: 47p. m. Sept. 27and charged with second- degree menacing.

Warrant: Woody D. Smith, 42, of Schenectady, was arrested at 11: 05p. m. Sept. 27 on an outstanding warrant.
