Providing alcohol to a minor: Kondeti Harshavardhan, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 3: 08p. m. Sept. 28in the town of Brunswick and charged with first- degree unlawfully dealing with a child. Drug possession: Robert T. Raysor, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 2: 12p. m. Sept. 29in the city of Watervliet and charged with third- degree criminal sale of a narcotic drug.

Menacing: Henry Carroll, 21, of Watervliet, was arrested at 7: 50 p. m. Sept. 29and charged with second- degree menacing, two counts of fourth- degree criminal mischief, fourth- degree criminal possession of a weapon, acting in amanner injurious to a child and second- degree harassment. Drunken driving: Ronald W. Peters, 57, of Schodack Landing, was arrested at 10: 30p. m. Sept. 29in the city of Rensselaer and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a bloodalcohol content of 0.08percent or greater.

Drunken driving: Kevin Dalaba, 41, of Troy, was arrested at 10: 59 p. m. Sept. 29in the town of Pittstown and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater.

Drunken driving: Christopher Costakis, 38, of Wast Nassau, was arrested at 11: 35p. m. Sept. 29in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: Donald Davis, 57, of Troy, was arrested at 12: 12 a. m. Sept. 30in the city of Troy and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater.

Drunken driving: Stephen D. Pelletier, 49, of Brunswick, was arrested at 1: 17a. m. Sept. 30in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater. Drunken driving: June E. Flaherty, 54, of Conway, South Carolina, was arrested at 2: 07a. m. Sept. 30in the city of Watervliet and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a bloodalcohol content of 0.08percent or greater, first- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, failure to carry a controlled substance in its original container and five vehicle and traffic infractions. Unlicensed driving: Samuel C. Dublin, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 10: 38a. m. Sept. 30in the city of Albany and charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Drugged driving: Bernadette E. Lioi, 36, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 11: 44a. m. Sept. 30 in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, reckless driving, second- and third- degree reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident, seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation, disorderly conduct and second- degree harassment. Drug possession: Carlyle M. Kent, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 8p. m. Sept. 30in the city of Albany and charged with third- degree criminal possession of marijuana, seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Drunken driving: Heather L. Thompszen, 30, of Clifton Park,

was arrested at 8: 36p. m. Sept. 30in the city of Cohoes and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater.

Drunken driving: Edward S. Bright, 59, of Albany, was arrested at 10: 30p. m. Sept. 30in the village of Menands and charged with

driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: William A. Demers, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 4: 26a. m. Oct. 1 in the town of Stephentown and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood- alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater, reckless driving and eight vehicle and traffic infractions.
