Unlicensed driving: Dylan M. Sickler, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 3:26 a.m. Oct. 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Jacqueline P. Carter, 49, of Albany, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. Oct. 12 on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed driving: Damien D. McCaskey, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 12:23p.m. Oct. 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and three vehicle and traffic infraftions.

Unlicensed driving: Frank T. Jones, 50, of Guilderland, was arrested at 1:34p.m. Oct. 12and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Unlicensed driving: Shakeem L. Morris, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. Oct. 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Larceny: Ralph F. Belcher Jr., 51, of Troy, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. Oct. 12 and charged with petit larceny and second-degree harassment.

Unlicensed driving: Natasha L. Lagace, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. Oct. 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Larceny: Tracey E. Johnson, 49, of Troy, was arrested at 6:45p.m. Oct. 12 and charged with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Warrant: Asia K. Mungin, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 7:01p.m. Oct. 12on an outstanding warrant. Assault: Joseph M. Mikaionis, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 11:03p.m. Oct. 12 and charged with thirddegree assault.

Assault: An unidentified, 15-yearold Hoosick Falls boy was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Oct. 11 in the village of Hoosick Falls and charged with third-degree assault.

Drunken driving: David N. Desfosses, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. Oct. 13 in the town of Colonie and chargeds with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, as well as five vehicle and traffic infractions.
