Drunken driving: David N. Desfosses, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. Oct. 13 in the town of Colonie and chargeds with felony counts of driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, as well as five vehicle and traffic infraction­s.
