Girls volleyball

The Warriors swept the Flying Horses 25-10; 2511; 25-8. For Averill Park, Jenna Miller had 14 digs. Maddy Dunigan had 10 kills and Sydney Jones had 19 assists. Averill Park improved to 10-3 in the Suburban Council and 11-3 overall. Troy falls to 1-9 in the league.

3, SARATOGA The Eagles swept the Blue Streaks 2624, 25-18, 26-24. Saratoga Springs’ Goldie Hellman had six kills, two digs; Briann BURNT Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake beat Ballston Spa in girls volleyball action 25-10, 2515, 25-7 to improve to 12-0 in the Suburban Council and 19-4 overall. For Burnt Hills Hannah Shell recorded 15 kills and three aces, Myla Dobson had eight kills and 4 blocks

Ballston Spa is 6-6 in the Suburban Council.

Galway knocked off NDBG 25-15, 25-22, 25-19 to finish 10-1 in the WAC. Galway was led by Emma Smith’s 13 kills and 21 digs, and 6 aces and Lindsey Zawisa had 12 kills, 13 digs, and one ace. Schuyler Arnold had seven aces, and 15 assists. Carlee Hortmann chipped in four blocks and seven kills.
