Unlicensed driving: John P. Dolan, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 2:30a.m. March 6 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation

Suspended: Rhonda Issac, 50, of Latham, was arrested at 10:55a.m. March 6and charged with driving a suspended motor vehicle and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Forgery instrument: Alijah Pompey, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 1:05p.m. March 6 and charged with first-degree possession of a forgery instrument.

Unlicensed driving: Marcus Kennedy, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 6:27p.m. March 6 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, three vehicle and traffic infractions and also on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession: Allan S. Frierson, 53, of Troy, was arrested at 9:33p.m. March 6 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Unlicensed driving: Michael J. Novak, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 2p.m. March 7and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Burglary: Shatique L. Chambers, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 6:32p.m. March 7and charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, firstand second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree menacing, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, resisting arrest and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drug possession: Freyan Anderson, 26, of Troy, was

arrested at 6:57p.m. March 7and charged with thirdand fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Warrant: Eugenio C. Candelario, 43, of Troy, was arrested at 7:16p.m. March 7on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Glenn R. Massoth Jr., 29, of Troy, was arrested at 7:47p.m. March 7on an outstanding warrant. Mischief: Nkrumah M. Caldwell, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 1:06a.m. March 8and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree unlawful imprisonment. Contempt: Simitrio Garcia, 22, of Schenectady, was arrested at 2:14p.m. March 8and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt. Unlicensed driving: Kevin L. Benson, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 9:12p.m. March 8and charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.
