HONOR A DECEASED VETERAN: The Rensselaer County Honor a Deceased Veteran Program will honor Abbott Lansing Wiley at this month’s ceremony at 8:30a.m. in the Legislativ­e Chambers, Third Floor of the County Office Bldg. 1600Sevent­h Avenue, Troy.
