Harassment: Austin Ward, 16, of troy, was arrested on March 9at 1:05a.m. and charged with curfew violation, resisting arrest, and second-degree physical harassment.

False report: Kyle Guilbault, 18, of Cohoes, was arrested on March 9at 1:17a.m. and charged with third-degree filing a false report and on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Kevin Parmenter, 25, of Troy, was arrested on March 9at 4:18a.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and one traffic infraction.

Warrant: Michael C. Brothers, 32, of Clifton park, was arrested on March 9at 5:21 a.m. on an outstanding warrant.

Harassment: David Ezekiel Jackson, 29, of Troy, was arrested on March 9at 9:15a.m. and charged with second- and third-degree physical harassment. Harassment: Destiny R. Bradway, 28, of Watervliet, was arrested on March 9at 10:30a.m. and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.

Larceny: Michael Louis Valente, of Troy, was arrested on March 9at 8:25p.m. and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

Drunken driving: William F. Scott Jr., 20, of Cohoes, was arrested March 9at 11:51p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, four traffic infractions, driving while intoxicated, third- fifth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana.

Contempt: Nicholas Mark Foster, 37, of Troy, was arrested on march 10at 5:51 p.m. and charged with first and second-degree criminal contempt.

Unlicensed driving: Elizabeth M. Porslow, 33, of Rensselaer, was arrested March 10at 9:41p.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and one traffic infraction. Drug possession: Terin M. Davis, 26, of Troy, was arrested March 10at 10:38 p.m. and charged with false personation and seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Drug possession: Timothy J. Walton, 47, of Troy, was arrested on March 11 at 1:12a.m. and charged with fourth and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree physical harassment. Harassment: Mark J. Starsiak, 58, of Troy, was arrested on March 11at 2:42p.m. and charged with second-degree physical harassment.
