Burglary: Christopher R. LaMarche, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 5:48p.m. March 12 and charged with third- degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, fourth- degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. Warrant: Shaina Devarie, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. March 12on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession: Robert K. Warland, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 11:20p.m. March 12and charged with seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second- degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Robbery: Sherman M. Stewart, 36, of Richmond, was arrested at 10:30a.m. March 13and charged with first- degree robbery, second- degree assault and seconddegree unlawful imprisonment. Contempt: Timothy R. Severance, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 11:02a.m. March 13and charged with second- degree criminal contempt and petit larceny. Contempt: Leonard Neal III, 2O, of Troy, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. March 13and charged with second- degree criminal con- tempt and two counts of fourthdegree criminal mischief. Menacing: Jahmar T. Battiste, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. March 13and charged with third- degree menacing and assaulting a person under 11. Assault: Elliott E. Wells, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. March 13and charged with second- degree assault. Unlicensed driving: Malik E. Murphy, 43, of Albany, was ar- rested at 10:05p.m. March 13 and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.
