ALBANY LAW REVIEW SYMPOSIUM: The New York Court of Appeals recently rejected arguments in favor of legalizing physicianassisted suicide in Myers v. Schneiderman. The symposium “Reconsidering the Right to Die: The Debate Over Assisted Suicide” is a panel discussion featuring representatives of different disciplines and perspectives on a wide range of issues raised by aid-in-dying.
