Sydney Aveson set the former single-game save record of 44on Jan. 28, 2012, against Elmira College. Senior goaltender Brooke Wolejko (South Windsor, Conn./St. Lawrence University) stopped 43shots in Friday’s semifinal-round double-overtime loss to Elmira, which now stands as the third-highest singlegame save total in program history.

Senior forwards Kayla Meneghin (Clifton, N.J./ The Gunnery) and Melissa Sheeran (Schaghtico­ke, N.Y./Millbrook School) each contribute­d offensivel­y in their final game wearing the Cardinal sweater. Meneghin finished with a goal to lock in her career point total to 188, while Sheeran had a goal and an assist to finish her career at 186points. The two wound up ranking fourth and fifth, respective­ly, in NCAA Division III history in career points, and they are the only teammates to appear in the top 10.
