Unlicensed driving: Rodney Tibbs, 42, of Troy, was arrested at 2: 53a. m. April 13 and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving a suspended motor vehicle and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Larceny: Glen A. Bingham, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 8: 30 a. m. April 13and charged with third- degree grand larceny and first- degree false business records.

Warrant: Jason T. Pitanillo, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 5: 28p. m. April 13on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Jeffrey M. Walker, 22, of Watervliet, was arrested at 6: 32p. m. April 13on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Jeanette L. Maikels, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 10: 59p. m. April 13 and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

R. Sheilds, 25, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 1:50p.m. April 14and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Assault: Ishmael A. Smythe, 44, of Troy, was arrested at 2:35a.m. April 15and charged with third- degree assault, fourthdegree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment.

Petit larceny: James A. Gannon, 44, and Theresa R. Deluca, 48, both of Stephentown were arrested April 15in Sand Lake and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Grand larceny: Kelly M. Garrison, 36, and Frank N. Sawyer, 41, both of Troy were arrested April 15and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. Drug possession: Nicole A. McLarney, 23, of Mechanicville was arrested April 15in Cohoes and charged with two counts of fourthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor.
