Unlicensed driving: Oriana Tah-Asia Jackson, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 8a.m. May 23and charged with seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation, three vehicle and traffic infractions and also on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: William M. Garner, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 8:30a.m. May 23 and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Unlicensed driving: Durell J. Marshall, 27, of Middletown, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. May 23and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving a suspended motor vehicle and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Warrant: Anthony S. Mcculloch, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 2:28p.m. May 23on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Jessica R. Swota, 34, of Cohoes, was arrested at 9:39p.m. May 23 and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Gene A. Andrews Jr., 66, of Troy, was arrested at 4:47 a.m. May 24on an outstanding warrant. Larceny: Melissa A. Pelkey, 43, of Waterford, was arrested at 9a.m. May 24and charged with petit larceny. Mischief: Sherrod N. Johnson, 24, of Albany, was arrested at 10:40a.m. May 24 and charged with two counts of fourth- degree criminal mischief, first- degree criminal contempt, second-degree burglary and second- degree harassment.

Unlicensed driving: Amanda M. Chura, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 2:05p.m. May 24 and charged with seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation and three vehicle and traffic infractions.
