Larceny: Sonia I. Bautista, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 12:53a.m. June 6and charged with fourthdegree grand larceny.

Assault: Kareem L. Kendall, 29, of Cohoes, was arrested at 4:38 a.m. June 6and charged with second-degree assault and also on an outstanding warrant. Contempt: Dale T. Sousie, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 9:59a.m. June 6and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt. Marijuana possession: Nicholas N. Allen, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 1p.m. June 6and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and also on an outstanding warrant. Marijuana possession: Rasaan S. Gourrier, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 3:37p.m. June 6and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Marijuana possession: Louis D. Mischief: Edgar A. Bonilla, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 10:09p.m. June 6and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief. Drunken driving: Adam S. Thomas, 33, of Selkirk, was arrested at 10:25p.m. June 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated and three vehicle and traffic infractions.

Unlicensed driving: Keith Archibald, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 1:56a.m. June 7and charged with third-degree aggravated un- licensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Assault: Kane Burt, 16, of Troy, was arrested at 8:36a.m. June 7and charged with third-degree assault.

Bad check: Connell G. Frazer, 65, of Troy, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. June 7and charged with issuing a bad check.

Drug possession: Kevin E. Maquilon, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 11:26a.m. June 7and charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal possession of marijuana and also on an outstanding warrant.

Robbery: Mia Richardson, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 5:10p.m. June 8and charged with two counts of second-degree robbery and third-degree assault. Contempt: Troy J. Carroll, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 3:44 a.m. June 9and charged with first- and second-degree criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.

Suspended registration: Elizabeth A. Riley, 63, of Wynanstkill, was arrested at 11:50a.m. June 9and charged with driving a suspended motor vehicle and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Assault: Sadam E. Campos, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 3:22p.m. June 9and charged with thirddegree assault.

Warrant: Paul Overbaugh, 47, of Troy, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. June 9on an outstanding warrant.

Drunken driving: Anthony V. Tocco Jr., 56, of Menands, was arrested at 9:02p.m. June 9and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08percent or greater and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.18percent or greater. Unlicensed driving: Howard Harrison, 38, of Troy, was arrested at 5:44p.m. June 10and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Kingsley Ukpasi, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. June 10on an outstanding warrant.

Contempt: Alfonso J. Rivas, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. June 11and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree stalking.

Unlicensed driving: Rhaking C. Birmingham, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 4:29a.m. June 11and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a vehicle and traffic infraction and also on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Tyrone D. Herbert, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. June 11on an outstanding warrant and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drug possession: Richard S. Gushlaw, 46, of Troy, was arrested at 10:42p.m. June 11and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and also on an outstanding warrant.

Mischief: Torrie Calhoun, 24, of Waterford, was arrested at 10:56p.m. June 11and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny.

Assault: Brett M. Lascala, 17, of Stephentown was arrested June 8and charged with assault. Obstruction: Allen M. Paul, 51, of Troy was arrested June 8and charged with obstructing governmental administration. Larceny: David A. Bornt Jr., 36, of Stuyvesant was arrested June 8and charged with larceny.

Drug possession: Tiffany J. Lanphear, 27, of East Greenbush was arrested June 8and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Larceny: Keri Lynn McIntosh, 24, and Amber N. Demayo, 26, both of Troy were arrested June 8and charged with larceny. Unauthorized use: Amanda Talavera, 39, of Waterford was arrested June 11and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Assault: Michael A. Hurley, 49, of Selkirk was arrested June 10 in Schodack and charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny, misdemeanors.

Felony DWI: Denise M. Herman, 50, of Wynantskill was arrested June 9in Troy and charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony because of two previous drunken driving convictions in the past 10years, and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony. Drugged driving: Samantha J. Crosier, 29, of Troy was arrested June 9in Albany and charged with firstdegree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Drug possession: Megan K. Kotzen, 22, of Cherry Hill, N.J., was arrested June 10in Stephentown and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Drug possession: Ashlee K. Saito, 29, of Philadelphia was arrested June 10in Stephentown and charged with two counts of fourthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Petit larceny: Nicholas Brew, 28, and Kathya M. Richards, 21, both of Troy, and Lynn C. Adopo, 25, of Albany were arrested June 10in Brunswick and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Yuri Baum, 27, of Stephentown was arrested June 10in Stephentown and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors.

Drug possession: Frank E. Delia, 36, of Carmel was arrested June 10in Stephentown and charged with two counts of fourthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Drug possession: Nicholas T. Mazzamaro, 23, of Watertown, Conn., was arrested June 11in Stephentown and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor.

Drug possession: Andrew W. Gehringer, 32, of New Hartford was arrested June 11in Stephentown and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Menacing: Logan T. Tardiff, 21, of Halfmoon was arrested June 11in Colonie and charged with second-degree menacing and seconddegree reckless endangerment, misdemeanors.
